Tickets are not required to show during the event, however, we recommend having a copy in case there are any inconsistencies with tickets. You can either print your ticket or present a digital version/receipt.

If you can’t attend the event, please get in touch as soon as possible. The regulations below are strictly enforced. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes, but we need to ensure our teachers are properly paid for their time, and that any materials we buy on your behalf will be compensated.
100% refund more than 1 week before the event
50% refund up to 1 week before the event
0% refund after 48 hours before the event
