This month we will be playing around with moods - how does a successful illustrator portray a certain atmosphere or feeling in their work? We will be setting the scene and walking you through what we find works - putting on the right music, having the right photo reference (maybe some...MOOD boards, get it?), understanding shape psychology and compositional tips. We will both analyze some professional work as well as get some real good practice in using our own imagination.

Each month at Blank Space we offer a special drawing workshop switching up between studying difficult skills and experimenting with playful exercises.

This month we offer one of our EXPERIMENT series classes - these classes are perfect for designers who JUST WANT TO PLAY, and need to let off some steam, learn a few cool tricks, or just have a safe space to try our a new technique to inspire future pieces. It is not encouraged to make anything that looks particularly good.

This class is free for members, or 300kr for non-members. Space is limited, and registration is required.
