Have you always felt a little lost working digitally? So you get lost with all the buttons, windows, and options when tasked with creating something on the computer? 

This class is designed to help artists used to working analogue transition to working digitally, and starts with the basics, such as working with layers, importing brushes, layer modes, and more. This class is not meant as a "computer basics" class, and participants will be expected to have a basic understanding of how a computer works. 

We will focus on Adobe Photoshop, but these skills are easilt transferable to other programs such as Procreate. 

We will also provide everyone some excercises to practice with after the class is over, so you can be sure to keep practicing how to keep this loose and abstract after the session is over :)

All participants will need to supply their own laptops / drawing tablets and program. Photoshop offers a free trial, and there are many free alternatives available that have similar interfaces. Procreate does not offer any free trials, but only costs 110kr in the App Store. We highly recommend having this set-up before you arrive at the class - including any drawing tablets you would like to bring with you.

This month we offer one of our STUDY classes - these classes are created to help you learn some foundational, and quite often, boring skills in the most engaging atmosphere possible. These skills are super important, and we have the experience necessary to help you learn these complicated techniques in a fun and comprehensive way.

We offer this workshop both online AND in person concurrently - if you want to get that sweet hands on and social connection, then coming in person is best! But if you aren't in Oslo, or don't mind having a more passive experience, then come on down online. (Since you won't get as much "attention" with the online class, you get a hefty discount! The same knowledge, exercises, and community but c h e a p e r....!)
